I am a Master in User Experience and Service Design at Loughborough University. I am a UX designer volunteer at The Climate App and completed a short-term team project with Sainsbury's.

I enjoy finding out the reasons of why problems happen and learn about how people think. It is a sense of achievement to find solutions to help people.This thinking makes me focus on people's needs and leads me to User Experience. Through study UX systematically, I am equipped with relevant knowledge and diverse method. I am confident in understanding users‘ needs and solving problems.
